Geranium has always been one of my favourite oils and I use it so regularly in my clinic.

As much as it can be more of a 'heady' scent, it's beautiful flora aroma always helps to calm my mind and almost provide some kind of nostalgia. It's also probably the reason why it's in my favourite candle too.

Although geranium can be used for a variety of skin concerns, respiratory issue and muscular aches and pains, my favourite is the...

When the weather is this warm, it can be so easy to feel like our skin is starting to dry out. Whether it be too much sun, too much sweating or just overdosing on air conditioning, our skin is going through a lot right now!

Why not treat it to some much needed nourishment in the form of a lovely body oil.

So it's Bank Holiday and for some reason when we are treated to a day off, we feel a little more indulgent.

Maybe it's because we're going out with friends, have long-lunches and maybe a few extra drinky-poos as well. When you get home though and feel like you've overindulged, instead of reaching for the antacids, why not go for a more natural approach instead.

Here is a lovely blend to massage into your tummy after have one to...

So Valentine's Day is upon us next week and I love the idea of making a 'love potion' for Valentines this year!

I'm not going to get all saucy and rude... you can do with it whatever you like!

However, this oil can be used as a bath oil (maybe add it to a cup of milk first - and be careful not to slip in the bath please!!), a body oil (as in moisturiser) or even a massage oil (wink wink).

Plus, even better, I'm offering 10% off...

I have decided to create a little oil blend though that will help with those nasty bites and take out the irritation. So, why not check it out!

A lovely little oil blend to help you relax on the plane and it also doubles up as a treatment for insect bites too! Win win!

This week I thought I would share some essential oils that can be used to help with some of the symptoms of hayfever. Maybe try making this chest blend

It's getting very very close to holiday time now - which is super exciting! No serious sun holidays for me at the moment, but I'm sure a lot of you are off on your jollies!

As much as I hope you are slathering on your sun protection - The Nimue SPF 40 I hope! Sometimes, we can still get a little bit burnt - especially on our faces. Why not try making this lovely little face oil to help treat sunburn and also calm the skin...

After a hectic week, why not use this recipe to create a beautiful relaxing bath oil to help you through the weekend! Relaxing and balancing essential oils of frankincense, lavender and geranium should do the trick!

You can simply apply a small amount to the ends of your hair to help treat dry and split ends, or warm a couple of drops in your hands and run it over your hair to get rid of fly aways - plus it should make your hair smell lovely too!

What you need:

1 x 10ml glass bottle

5ml coconut oil

5ml argan oil
