My Favourite Antioxidant Smoothie Recipe

I do really enjoy a smoothie. They are such a great way to pack in a lot of nutrition in one 'easy to drink' meal.

I wanted to share this recipe with you as it's super easy to make and also contains lots of nutrients - especially antioxidants to help your body fight free radicals and make your skin glow.

Did you also know you can make a large batch and freeze it into portions and then just stir through your 'active' ingredients before you drink it. Then, simply get your smoothie out the night before to defrost and re-blitz it in the morning with some ice cubes if you wish and stir though your 'actives' - or just give it a good shake!



Simply blitz all the ingredients together in your blender and drink. If you're going to freeze it, then add your Beauty Chef products just before you drink them.

Try and take around 20-30 minutes to drink your smoothie to aid with digestion, otherwise you might experience some bloating. There's a lot of food here that your body needs to digest, so don't just 'down' it in 2 minutes.
