Candles once burned are non-refundable unless there is a physical fault with the product. Unfortunately candles can not be returned if the buyer does not like the scent.
- Keep the wick trimmed before each use
- Try and allow the wax to burn all the way across to get the maximum out of each candle
- These candles are made with pure essential oils and no synthetic fragrance. Once you have the desired amount of scent in the room, put the candle out so not to waste it
- Always burn on a flat surface away from wind/breeze.
- Never leave a candle unattended
- Always burn a candle at least 30cm away from any other items
- Do not burn near flammable objects
