APOTHECARY: Stress Relieving Flight Oil

So it's Summer holiday time... Yaaaay! For some of us though (myself included) I can be a bit of a nervous flyer. In fact the thought of it makes me shudder a little.

I thought this would be a good time then for you to create a relaxing blend of oils to take away with you on the flight!

Why not try this blend in a 10ml bottle (so you can take it on the plane with you too!)

What you need:

  • 10 ml Carrier Oil (any odourless oil - such as coconut oil, sweet almond oil etc)

  • 2 drops of mandarin essential oil

  • 2 drops of lavender essential oil

Method:

Blend it altogether in the bottle and give it a good shake!

SAFETY: Please do a patch test before you use it if you have sensitive skin. I would also not recommend using this oil when you are in the sun due to the mandarin essential oil.

How to use:

Simply apply a couple of drops to your pulse points when you get on the flight (wrists, inner elbows, backs of knees etc)

You can also add a drop or so to any insect bites too as the lavender essential oil may help to take out any inflammation - do this at bedtime or if you are out of the sun.

I hope you have a safe flight and a fab holiday,

Thanks so much for reading,

Big love,

Em x
