Lime Essential Oil

    • Lime is great for coughs and colds especially when caused by congestion of the throat or chest
    • Great in burners to help with relaxtion as it is a sedative.
    • It is a natural sedative and so can help to relax the nervous system when struggling with stress or anxiety. Blend it in the bath or put in an oil burner to combat stress
