All treatments are bespoke in the clinic. After a thorough skin analysis, Emmaline will decide what treatments to perform there and then, depending on your skin, your mind and what kind of day you've had!

P L E A S E  N O T E...

If you have had any non-surgical treatments including botox, fillers etc or semi-permanent makeup, you will need to wait at least 2 weeks before you can have a facial. Always check with your doctor before you book your appointment. Failure to inform me in the correct time frame may result in your treatment not being able to take place. However the cost of the treatment will still be charged.

Payment is made in advance and cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be subject to a 100% charge due to limited availability

Appointments are able to be booked no more than 14 days before treatment times

C L I N I C   E T I Q U E T T E

  • All bookings require a 50% deposit to be paid in advance when making a booking (or 100% to be paid in full for new clients). 

  • Please allow time after your treatment so you have time after to relax before you re-join the rest of the world feeling refreshed and renewed.

  • When entering the clinic please take care of your valuables, as we cannot take liability of their loss.

  • Emmaline Tsui reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time.

  • Please note, children are not permitted in the clinic.

  • Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off at all times in the clinic.

  • Clients who are running late for their appointment will be charged the full treatment price, even if the full treatment can not be fulfilled in the appointment time 


C A N C E L L A T I O N  P O L I C Y


Clients who wish to cancel or change an appointment are requested to provide 48 hours notice or 100% of the treatment prices will be charged. Treatment prices are subject to change without notice. Any clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice, will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

R E F U N D  P O L I C Y


Please bring your receipt with you if there is any need to return or refund products (not treatments). The final amount paid for the product (not treatment) will be refunded to you, taking into account any discount given. Additionally, if there was any free item given as part of the transaction, the free item must be also returned. Any refunds must be dealt with within 14 days of purchase.

Candles once burned are non-refundable unless there is a physical fault with the product. Unfortunately candles can not be returned if the buyer does not like the scent.

Clients who wish to pay for their treatment or products with gift vouchers MUST produce them on the day and at the time of the appointment.
