• Cleanse skin using Nimue Cleansing Gel

• Follow with Nimue Conditioner

• Apply 5 drops of the Forll'ed AC Clear or Platinum Lotion

• Apply pea-sized amount of Forlle'd Reliance Gel

• Apply half a pump of the Nimue Anti-Ageing Eye Cream

• Apply a small amount of SkinBetter Science Techno to neck and décolletage area

• Apply Nimue Sun-C SPF 40 followed by the tinted Nimue SPF 40 (if wearing) to face, neck and chest

PM

• Double cleanse skin with the Nimue Cleansing Gel

• Follow with Nimue Conditioner

• Apply 5 drops of the Forll'ed AC Clear Lotion or Refining Lotion

• Apply one pump of the SkinBetter Science AlphaRet Overnight Cream

• Apply half a pump of the Nimue Anti-Ageing Eye Cream

• Apply a small amount of SkinBetter Science Techno to neck and décolletage area

WEEKLY

• Sun PM - Once a week use the Nimue Exfoliating Enzyme or Emmaline Tsui Exfoliating Face Mask after cleansing and conditioning

• Mon & Thurs PM - Twice a week use the SkinBetter Science Peel Pads after cleansing. Wipe over face and neck and leave product on the skin. Do not use the Conditioner on these evenings. Follow with the SkinBetter AlphaRet Overnight Cream
