• Cleanse skin using Nimue Cleansing Gel

• Follow with Nimue Conditioner

• Apply 5 drops of the Forll'ed AC Clear or Refining Lotion

• Apply pea-sized amount of Forlle'd Reliance Gel or your own face cream

• Apply half a pump of the Nimue Anti-Ageing Eye Cream

• Apply Nimue Sun-C SPF 40 followed by the tinted Nimue SPF 40 (if wearing) to face, neck and chest

• Take your Skin Clear Biome supplement and Skinade Clear with your breakfast

PM

• Cleanse skin with the Nimue Cleansing Gel

WEEKLY

• Wed & Sun PM - Twice a week use the Nimue Exfoliating Enzyme after cleansing and conditioning.

• Once a week (after exfoliating) use a face mask either the Meder EU Seb or Nimue Purifying Mask

• Mon PM - Once a week use the SkinBetter Science Peel Pads after cleansing. Do not use the Conditioner on these evenings
