Follow with Nimue Conditioner
Apply 5 drops of the Forll'ed AC Clear or Platinum Lotion
Apply pea-sized amount of Forlle'd Reliance Gel
Apply half a pump of the Nimue Anti-Ageing Eye Cream
Apply a small amount of SkinBetter Science Techno to neck and décolletage area
Apply Nimue Sun-C SPF 40 followed by the tinted Nimue SPF 40 (if wearing) to face, neck and chest
Take your Skin Clear Biome supplement with your breakfast
PM
Cleanse skin Cleansing Beauty Balm (if wearing makeup) and follow with the Nimue Cleansing Gel
Follow with Nimue Conditioner

Cleanse skin using Nimue Cleansing Gel
Follow with Nimue Conditioner
Use the Nimue Exfoliating Enzyme - leave on the skin for 2 minutes and then massage for up to 8 minutes with damp fingertips concentrating on breakout areas
Condition the skin again
Use either the Meder EU-SEB Beauty Mask (20minutes) or Nimue Purifying Mask (10 minutes)
If using the Meder EU-SEB Beauty Mask, you can use the ice roller over your face to take out any inflammation, concentrating on breakout areas
If using the Nimue Purifying Mask, remove the mask with a flannel and then cleanse the skin again with a small amount of Nimue Cleansing Gel
Apply 5 drops of the Forll'ed AC Clear Lotion (skip this step if used Meder Mask and tap 'mask serum' on the skin)
Apply pea-sized amount of Reliance Gel
Apply half a pump of the Nimue Anti-Ageing Eye Cream
Apply Nimue Y:Skin Active Blemish Control to breakouts
