Follow with Nimue Conditioner
Apply 5 drops of the Forll'ed Refining Lotion and tap into the skin
Apply pea-sized amount of Nimue TDS Hyperpigmented
Apply half a pump of the Nimue Anti-Ageing Eye Cream
Apply a pea-sized amount of Calecim Multi-Action Cream
Apply a small amount of SkinBetter Science Techno to neck and décolletage area
Apply Nimue Sun-C SPF 40 followed by the tinted Nimue SPF 40 (if wearing) to face, neck and chest

Mon & Thurs PM - Twice a week use the SkinBetter Science Peel Pads after cleansing. Wipe over face and neck and leave product on the skin. Do not use the Conditioner on these evenings. Follow with the SkinBetter AlphaRet Overnight Cream and SkinBetter Science Techno Neck Cream

SOS SKIN TREATMENT - DULL AND DEHYDRATED SKIN (AM OR PM)
Cleanse skin using The Nimue Cleansing Gel and follow with The Nimue Conditioner
Use the Nimue Exfoliating Enzyme - leave on the skin for 2 minutes and then massage for 8 minutes with damp fingertips. Remove with lukewarm water.
Apply 5 drops of the Forlle'd Refining Lotion
Apply your Forlle'd collagen eye patches (put in fridge before hand)
Apply the Meder Arma-Lift Beauty Mask and leave for 20minutes (put in fridge before hand) and use the ice roller over the sheet mask to remove any inflammation. Remove the sheet mask and tap in the serum
Apply the Forlle'd Sparkling Gel Pack to the skin after the Refining Lotion. Leave to 'bubble up' for 20-30 minutes and remove with a lukewarm flannel.
Follow with The Refining Lotion again (if using Sparkling Gel Pack - otherwise just leave the Meder serum on the skin from the sheet mask)
Apply your TDS and pea-sized amount of Calecim Multi-Action Cream OR if skin is particularly dry, apply the Nimue Leave-On Anti-Ageing Mask
