Cleanse skin using Nimue Cleansing Gel
Do not condition the skin
Use the Nimue Exfoliating Enzyme - leave on the skin for 2 minutes and then massage for 2-3 minutes with damp fingertips (normally this is 8 minutes)
Apply your Forlle'd collagen eye patches (put in fridge before hand)
Apply the Meder Lipo-Oval Beauty Mask or Meder Red-Apax Beauty Mask and leave for 20minutes (put in fridge before hand)
Apply pea-sized amount of Calecim Multi-Action Cream
