My Signature Hair Growth Ritual

My hair lives in a bun or ponytail a lot of the time. It's only at weekends when it gets it's time to shine. If I ever do a post with my hair out, so many people will DM saying "how long has your hair got!?!?" or "how do you grow it to that length?"

So, if you are thinking: “How do I get my hair looking longer, healthier, and just… better by summer?” I think this post might be for you.
Hair growth (and restoration) is a conversation I’m having in the clinic more and more, especially as we head towards holidays, weddings and all things outdoors. So let’s talk about how to really support your hair—not just with what you’re putting on it, but with what you’re feeding it from the inside too.
We Have To Start From Within
If you want to grow healthy, thick, shiny hair, you have to start from the inside. Your hair is a reflection of your health—stress, hormones, nutrient deficiencies and ageing all show up right there at the scalp.

This clever supplement is a game-changer—especially for anyone dealing with hormonal changes before, during or after menopause (but it's also suitable for men, teenagers and non menopausal people too.)
It’s packed with nutrients like biotin, zinc, B vitamins and natural DHT blockers, all of which are known to help with:
Reduced hair shedding
Restored thickness
Better quality regrowth
Plus: improved sleep, mood, energy and hormone regulation (which, let’s face it, all helps too)
Consistency is key. Give it at least 12 weeks (though I usually see the best results around the 3–6 month mark). It’s clean, non-GMO, and doesn’t come with any unnecessary fluff—just ingredients that work.
My Signature At-Home (and In-Clinic) Hair Treatment
If your hair’s feeling dry, damaged, or just lacking that silky bounce, it might be crying out for a proper treatment—and no, your 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner won’t cut it.
Here’s how I like to do mine:
Step 1: Epres Hair Bonding Treatment
This is a spray-on, acid-free bond repair treatment that penetrates deep into the hair shaft to rebuild broken disulphide bonds (which get damaged by heat, bleach, colour and styling). I use this on dry hair and spray it generously from root to tip.

Step 2: SachaJuan Hair Repair Mask
Once I’ve sprayed the Epres, I layer the SachaJuan Hair Repair Mask directly on top. This one is packed with Ocean Silk Technology and promotes cell regeneration while calming frizz, adding shine, and making your hair feel like silk. It’s great for stressed-out, over-processed or just plain tired hair.
Step 3: Wrap It Up
Pop on one of my silk hair turbans. Not only do they look chic, but they lock in the treatment and reduce friction, so your hair absorbs all the goodness without drying out. You can leave the treatment on for a few hours—or even overnight if you’re feeling fancy.
Step 4: Wash It Out (Properly)
When it’s time to rinse, I use SachaJuan’s Moisturising Shampoo and Conditioner. These are designed specifically for dry, bleached or lighter hair but I love them as part of my treatment. They deliver moisture without weighing things down. They’re also vegan, paraben-free and give your hair that glossy finish without silicone build-up.
Step 5: Finish with a Drop of Oil
Once you’ve washed out your treatment and your hair is feeling super silky, it’s time for the final glow.
SachaJuan Intensive Hair Oil is my go-to finishing touch. It’s light as air, doesn’t leave a greasy residue (promise), and gives your hair that glossy, “just stepped out of the salon” finish. A tiny amount is all you need—rub a drop between your palms and smooth it through the ends of damp or dry hair.
It contains a beautiful blend of Sea Buckthorn and Argan oils, with added sunflower and rosemary—ideal for boosting elasticity, improving manageability, and enhancing that post-treatment shine. It's also vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free, so you know you're treating your hair with kindness.
This final step locks in moisture, tames frizz and seals the ends.
A Few More Tips for Healthy Hair Growth
Eat the rainbow – Hair loves nutrients. Leafy greens, nuts, seeds, eggs and oily fish are all winners.
Don’t skip protein – Your hair is made of keratin, a protein. Make sure you’re eating enough to support growth.
Reduce heat and chemical damage – Easier said than done, I know, but the less you do, the more your hair thanks you. Always use a thermal protector when using heat. I love the SachaJuan Heat Protection Cream.
Massage your scalp – Increases blood flow, supports hair follicles and feels lovely.
Be patient – Hair growth isn’t instant. Give your body what it needs and stay consistent.
