So it's Bank Holiday and for some reason when we are treated to a day off, we feel a little more indulgent.
Maybe it's because we're going out with friends, have long-lunches and maybe a few extra drinky-poos as well. When you get home though and feel like you've overindulged, instead of reaching for the antacids, why not go for a more natural approach instead.
Here is a lovely blend to massage into your tummy after have one to many ______ (insert here your food/beverage option of choice!)
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE A 10ML BLEND
10ml amber bottle
10ml Coconut oil
2 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
2 drops Mandarin Essential Oil
1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
METHOD:
Add all the ingredients to the amber bottle and shake well.
Massage a small amount into your stomach in circular motions as and when needed.
