It's an interesting question because if we're indoors, why do we need SPF?
Well, here are all the reasons why you still should be wearing your SPF when you're in the depths of 'hibernation' at home...
UVA RAYS CAN PASS THROUGH GLASS
UVB rays tend to be absorbed by glass, however about 75% of UVA rays (the ones that cause cancers, fine lines and wrinkles) can actually penetrate through glass into your skin. So, if you're sat at home anywhere near a window, then yes, ideally you would have your SPF on.
WE TEND TO NIP IN AND OUT
Just incase you decided to pop into the garden and end up sitting outside for a while, at least you're ready and protected!

WE NEED TO PROTECT FROM BLUE LIGHT
Even if you're hunkered down in a bunker in the depths of the earth, if you've got a smart phone, laptop, tablet etc they will be emitting blue light. Blue light can cause skin damage including inflammation, photo ageing and hyperpigmentation. Choose the Nimue Environmental Shield especially if you are on your devices a lot or sit infant of a screen throughout the day.
So long story short... yes you do!
Hope you're staying safe and keeping well,
