The Rise Of 'Notox' Treatments and Products

There's no doubt that the popularity of notox treatments continues to rise. From wrinkle-free skin to cellulite reduction and body contouring, these non-invasive procedures are the perfect solution for people who want to maintain a youthful appearance without the risks of surgery. In fact, over one million people in the UK have had non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures in 2019 alone! And with so many options available, it's easy to get confused about which ones are right for you. So let's take a look at some of the hottest developments in this growing industry.

Notox treatments are some of the hottest beauty trends out there right now!

The treatments are non-surgical and can usually be done in under an hour, making it a great option for those who want to look their best but don't want to spend hours in the office.

Notox treatments are also known for being quick and easy--you can get one done at lunchtime or on your way home from work!

Non-surgical facials.

I love to offer these types of treatments in my clinic. Most of my facials incorporate some kind of natural facial sculpting whether it be using my hands in massage or using microcurrent gloves to achieve a more sculpted look. The results can be very noticeable even after one treatment and no scalpels are in sight!

Light therapy and LED face lifts.

You've heard of lasers and IPL, but have you heard of LED light therapy?

LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. It's a new way to treat skin that uses very little heat and no downtime, making it a much gentler treatment than traditional laser treatments. LEDs offer several benefits over other types of lights: they penetrate deeper into the dermis (the inner layer of your skin) than other wavelengths do; they can be used in combination with other therapies like radiofrequency energy or ultrasound; and since there's no heat involved, you don't have to worry about burning yourself during treatment!

You can use this technology for anti-ageing, acne scars or pigmentation issues--it all depends on what type of LED device is being used (there are different spectral bands). The best part? You may not even need Botox anymore!

Again, I love to incorporate LED in my treatments to finish off the facial with a collagen boost and give the skin a glow. There are plenty of 'at home' devices that you can find too. Results are always best when you use the light regularly throughout the week. You also want to make sure you're in a very dark room so the light is concentrated to your face.

Micro-needling for skin rejuvenation.

Micro-needling is a procedure that uses a needle to puncture the skin. The needle punctures are typically done manually with a device called a dermaroller, or they can be performed by injecting tiny amounts of collagen using microneedles.

Micro-needling has been shown to increase collagen production and skin tightening, which makes it an ideal treatment for stretch marks, acne scars and wrinkles.

I like to use the Nimue Microneedle Rollers in my treatments combined with their Super Fluids which are tailored to the skin's needs. The rollers create micro-injuries to the skin to trigger collagen production and skin tightening.

Microneedles can be purchased for home use, however I would NEVER recommend this and would advice only seeing a qualified professional for this kind of treatment as there are so many risks involved if you're not doing it correctly.

Advanced Beauty Tools

The range of beauty tools on the market has grown massively in the last few years. I love to use massage in my treatments and also on my own skin at home. One of the easiest ways to do it is to use some at home beauty tools. My favourites are the Gua Shas and my Globe Facial Massager. My vibrating facial wand is also great for helping to sculpt the skin as well.

A new generation of serums and creams

Stem cells: stem cells are used for healing damaged tissue by replacing old cells with new ones that work better than before. This helps reduce wrinkles because it allows you to make more collagen so it doesn't sag as much when we get older!

Stem cells are the building blocks of life. They can be found in all parts of the body and have the ability to repair damaged tissue, treat disease and even regrow damaged organs.

Stem cells are a hot topic right now because they're so versatile; they can be used to treat everything from heart disease to cancer. But what exactly are they? Stem cells are immature cells that have not yet differentiated into specific types (such as skin or brain). They have enormous potential because they can turn into any type of cell within our bodies--including blood vessels or muscle tissue--which makes them incredibly useful when treating many different conditions.

I'm in love with the Calecim Multi Action Cream (as are so many of my clients!) which contains stem cells. The results can speak for themselves. Since I've taken this product on last year, it's forever getting sold out!

There is so much to look forward to in the world of notox, and I can't wait to see what comes next. What are your favourite types of 'notox' treatment?

Thank you so much for reading,
