When I say 'ladies', I mean ladies ha ha! This is a great bath oil if you are suffering from any 'ladies' concerns such as PMS, sore breasts, mood swings, candida and all that jazz!
It's a simple bath oil that you can use before bedtime to help you relax and also may help treat some of the symptoms of the above.
Bath Oil to make approx 100ml
In your 100ml bottle, add 30ml of evening primrose oil, 50ml of coconut or sweet almond oil and then 20ml of castor oil
Give all the oils a good shake together
Then add 4 drops of geranium, 2 drops of tea tree and 2 drops of lavender essential oil
Give it another good shake up
When you are ready to use, run your bath and just before you get in add a couple of tablespoons of bath oil, agitate the water and then get in, sit back and relax.
You could also blend this bath oil with a little extra sweet almond or coconut oil (to allow it to spread easier) in a separate mixing pot and use it as a body oil afterwards
