Ok, you know me with things I get obsessed with... well I've got a new one! In fact, I don't think I can even call it an obsession, it's more of an addiction!
I'm talking about TONGUE SCRAPING! Yes, I know it sounds a little weird, but it's just so good for you. Here are the benefits...

WHEN DO YOU DO IT?
I like to do it first thing in the morning. I used to have a drink of water when I woke up, but now the first thing I do is tongue scrape. Any bacteria left in the mouth overnight can then be removed without me swallowing it into my stomach. As soon as I have done it, I then brush my teeth straight away. I've even started doing it in the evening as well.
HOW DOES IT FEEL?
Clean! Oh my, I've been brushing my tongue for years and genuinely thought that it was clean from that. I was so wrong! Once you have done it, I can't tell you how much cleaner my mouth feels.
WHERE DO I GET ONE?
I like to use a stainless steel one. I think the traditional Ayurvedic method is to use a copper one, but me having a fear of copper toxicity prefers to use a steel one. Its super easy to keep clean and this is the one I use. I bought the pack of two, one for me and one for hubby.
