Welcome to the start of a new month! It feels like Winter has been the longest season ever with all the cold, frost and snow. As I sit here typing this, the rain is pouring and I don't know whether I'm happy that it's warming up (therefore it's raining) or if I'm fed up of this miserable weather. I'm concerned it's the latter!
Anyhoo, for the next few months I'm going to be focusing more on gut health. The impact of our gut health on our skin, health, happiness and stress levels is insane! There is so much that we don't even know about the gut yet and so many studies are being done on our guts to see how they influence our bodies.
Either way, I hope over the next few months we can learn together about our gut health. Ways to improve it, how it impacts our skin and the change we can make to our lifestyles to improve it's overall health.
